Fixed packages at fixed prices.

For getting started and for clearly limited projects there are three packages with a fixed scope and a fixed price. For larger projects we send a written offer after a conversation.

For business customers acting in the course of their business or independent professional activity, public-law legal entities and special funds under public law only. No consumer contracts.

All prices are net, plus 19% German VAT where applicable.

Contract for work: analysis report with implementation plan and acceptance

AI check

EUR 990 Fixed price, net

You find out where AI and automation make sense in your business and what a first step costs.

Included

  • Review of your workflows and your website based on your description
  • Three concrete projects, each with scope and fixed price
  • Short report with implementation plan
  • Results call with Stefan Obholz (45 minutes)

Not included

  • Legal, tax or funding advice
  • A promise of specific savings
  • Work with real customer or employee data: we work from your description of the workflows

Duration: 3 working days

If you enter into a contract with us for a website or tool sprint within three months after delivery of the analysis report, we credit the paid AI check fee of EUR 990 net once in full against the fee for that sprint.

Website sprint

EUR 3,900 Fixed price, net

A new website with up to eight pages that clearly shows what you offer and leads to an enquiry.

Included

  • Up to 8 pages in German with an original design
  • Copy based on a conversation with you
  • Contact path, search engine basics and an accessibility check
  • Two design directions to choose from on the third working day
  • Two rounds of revisions
  • Handover to your hosting with sources and instructions

Not included

  • Legal notice, privacy policy and other legal texts are provided by you
  • Images are provided by you; AI images are labelled as such
  • Hosting and ongoing support
  • Further languages on request

Duration: 10 working days

Direction guarantee: if neither direction fits, you may end the sprint in text form, for example by email, within five working days after receiving both directions. We refund any advance payment made for the sprint in full within fourteen calendar days after receiving your notice; you pay nothing for work performed within the sprint up to that point. Selecting and approving a direction for further implementation ends this option. Section 4 of the terms sets out the details.

Tool sprint

EUR 7,900 Fixed price, net

One workflow as a web application: for example a customer portal, a calculator, an internal app or an automation from input to system.

Included

  • One defined workflow with up to five input screens
  • One role and permission concept
  • Up to two connections to existing systems
  • Acceptance against 10 to 20 agreed test cases
  • Source code and documented handover
  • A go-live session conducted together with you to connect the live systems agreed in the quotation

Not included

  • Hosting and ongoing support

Development and testing use only synthetic data without personal data. Any data processing agreement and safeguards required for go-live must be in place before access to personal data processed on your behalf.

How we work

  • You first receive a written offer with scope, schedule and price.
  • We only start once you have accepted the offer.
  • Payment for the AI check and sprints is due after acceptance of the delivered work and receipt of an invoice; an advance payment applies only if validly agreed. Section 8 of our terms sets out payment details.
  • If your Website Sprint offer includes the direction guarantee and neither design direction suits you, you may end the sprint in text form, for example by email, at no cost within five working days after receiving both directions. This option ends when you select and approve a direction. If you end the sprint under the guarantee, you may not use the designs in production.

Good to know

Sending an enquiry does not create a contract. Scope, dates and payment terms are set out in the written offer.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays at OBHOLZ SOLUTIONS’ place of business. Durations count from the project start agreed in the quotation.
