Services / AI adoption & guidance

Introduce AI in your company so your team uses it

Tools alone do not change everyday work. We help your team identify useful applications, judge outputs and use a limited approach independently.

Who and what this is for

For businesses that want to use AI but have not yet selected clear tasks or tools. Individual teams can start with a small pilot, such as drafting text, preparing research or working with documents.

This involves both usefulness and responsibility: which data may be used, who checks the results and when should a task stay with a person? We address these questions in the context of your actual work.

A concrete example

Illustrative scenario explaining the service

Help a team prepare reviewable reply drafts

The situation
A team wants to use AI to prepare answers to recurring customer questions. Individuals already experiment, but shared templates and review rules are missing.
The starting point
Anonymised questions, verified offer information and examples of useful answers. The team identifies which data may be used in the selected tools.
What we would build
A small pilot workflow with a reply template, review checklist and shared practice session. Staff check the drafts and send the replies themselves.
How the result would be checked
The team tries familiar questions and deliberately incomplete inputs. It reviews accuracy, tone and missing information. A responsible person decides whether to continue using the workflow.

What you receive

  • A prioritised selection of suitable tasks with expected benefits and visible limitations.
  • An agreed pilot using appropriate tools and representative work examples.
  • Understandable instructions, example templates and rules for reviewing outputs.
  • A shared review and a proposal for continuing or abandoning the approach.

How we work

  1. Start with work rather than a tool listWe discuss recurring tasks, existing experience and internal rules. Together we choose a manageable starting point with a named responsible person.
  2. Practise with real examplesThe team tries the workflow and learns to recognise incomplete or incorrect outputs. Confidential data and permitted services are agreed in advance.
  3. Keep the knowledge in the teamInstructions and responsibilities remain available after the introduction. The review records what is usable, what still needs checking and which further guidance is agreed.

An introduction may conclude that a particular use should not be pursued yet. Training is not legal or data protection approval.

Useful for a first conversation

  • A recurring task from everyday team work.
  • Existing AI tools and internal policies.
  • Participants, practical examples and a responsible owner.

Define the scope together

We agree the participants, pilot task, working materials and guidance. If system integration is needed first, that technical work is scoped separately.

Working together

How is the price determined?

It depends on the objective, starting point and agreed scope. Deliverables, required input and fees are described before commissioning. A limited first step can help resolve open questions.

How long does a project take?

Timing depends on scope, available material, access and approvals. A schedule is agreed for the actual project. Changed requirements or missing content can affect it.

What is included after handover?

The agreed files, source material, setup notes and check results are handed over. Hosting, ongoing maintenance, support and further changes are explicitly agreed as needed.
